Have just started storing with this company, have to say I am extremely impressed with the whole facility. I chose the Castle Hill storage facility as it is closest to home, but more importantly, has after hours access. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I had no idea how much storage I needed, but they worked it out for me. Even better, they offered free pickup of my goods, collected them in a covered trailer so they were protected from the elements, and assisted in placing them in the best position in the storage to maximise space. This place is extremely clean and well laid out. It is well lit, and as a female, I really appreciate the sense of security this gives me. Their competitive rates sealed the deal - very pleased I chose this company.

A friend has a storage unit here.... Ive been here frequently during the day and late at night and am continually impressed with the cleanliness and user-friendly features and facilities, and the total design concept focused upon storage, with a friendly touch. Unfortunately my goods are stored in West Ryde at another facility which is gloomy to the point of feeling unsafe, yet costs significantly more....very significantly! I may make a move here soon...very soon..

Friendly staffs with excellent customer service, very flexible to meet my needs. The storage unit is very dry and secure with easy 7x24 access, I have my stuffs there for morn than two years while we are working interstates, there is no damage to any of them. What makes it even better is the price - very competitive within the area. Very happy and will use them again if required in the future.
