What can't I put into storage?
You can store almost anything you want. The only exceptions are – hazardous and flammable materials, lithium batteries, illegal or stolen goods, firearms or explosives, perishables or organic material.
Can I transfer to another space if I find out that the one I am in does not suit my needs?
Yes you can, and your monthly unit rental amount will be altered to suit the size you move into.
What is the minimum time I can store with you?
1 day but we generally have a minimum charge of 1 month rent. We may reduce the minimum charge in certain circumstances. Please contact us for further information.
Can someone else access my space?
We require formal approval from the account holder, and the authorised person must also have the correct PIN and a key to access the unit.
How do I get my things to you?
You can bring them down yourself in your own vehicle, borrow our free trailer or use our free move-in ute, truck or trailer. Alternatively, we can recommend quality and reliable local removalists to help you with your move.
Are there any extra costs?
The quoted price includes your storage fees and GST. To secure your unit, you’ll need to provide a padlock. We also recommend arranging protection for your stored goods. You may already be covered under your home contents insurance – check with your provider to confirm, and let them know you’re storing with us. If you’re not covered, we offer new-for-old protection at highly competitive rates through StoreProtect.
How can I pay?
We offer multiple convenient payment options. You can pay online using a debit or credit card, set up automated payments via BPAY or direct debit, or pay in cash at our office. Payments can also be made in person, over the phone, or through our website.
